The TiltWatch® XTR is a single-use tilt indicator that provides permanent, tamper-evident documentation of mishandling during transit. When a package is tilted beyond 80° from upright orientation, the indicator window changes irreversibly from white to red — creating a visible, non-resettable record that proper orientation was not maintained.
Calibrated to ignore normal handling vibration and incidental motion, the XTR triggers only on significant angular displacement, making it reliable for electronics, medical devices, industrial components, glass, and other freight with strict upright requirements. It is equally effective in parcel, LTL, and last-mile distribution environments.
Each indicator adheres directly to the outside of a package for immediate visibility at delivery. Companion labels (sold separately) instruct recipients on proper procedures when activation is detected. Each case contains 100 indicators and ships via parcel carrier.
