Description

3M™ 4919F VHB™ Tape is a 25 mil black acrylic foam double-sided tape built around a black acrylic foam core with acrylic adhesive on both sides and a red polyethylene liner. This construction delivers a permanent, load-bearing bond strong enough to replace mechanical fasteners, rivets, and welds in demanding industrial and commercial assembly work.

The tape carries a UL 746C listing, qualifying it for electronic and electrical product assemblies. Its adhesive system withstands moisture, UV exposure, plasticizers, and solvents across an operating range of -40°F to 200°F (-40°C to 93°C), making it reliable in outdoor, high-humidity, and chemically active environments. Manufacturers, fabricators, and electronics assemblers rely on it wherever a clean, fastener-free finish is required.
