Instapak Quick® RT foam bags deliver on-demand protective cushioning using self-contained chemistry that activates at ambient room temperature — no warmers, compressors, or dispensing equipment required. The 18 x 16-inch heavy-duty formulation is engineered for shipments in the 40 to 80 lb. range, producing a firm, conforming foam profile that immobilizes contents and absorbs transit shock.
The room-temperature activation range of 65°F to 90°F makes these bags deployable anywhere in a facility without dedicated infrastructure — useful in e-commerce fulfillment centers, manufacturing lines, distribution warehouses, and field-packing environments where portability and speed matter.
Because all reactive chemistry is sealed inside the bag, there is no residue and no cleanup between uses. Each case contains 30 bags. Approximate activated weight per bag is 11.86 lbs, yielding a dense cushion contoured to the packaged item.
