The 28 x 6 x 20" Full Overlap (FOL) corrugated box features full overlap flaps on both the top and bottom panels, delivering greater stacking resistance and edge protection than standard RSC designs. That added panel rigidity makes it especially well suited for flat-panel displays, monitors, and similarly shaped high-value items where structural integrity along the broad face of the box is the primary concern.

Two sides carry printed fragile indicators and directional arrows, communicating proper orientation to handlers at every point in the shipping chain — from warehouse staging through final carrier delivery. These handling cues are particularly valuable in mixed-freight environments where unlabeled cartons risk improper stacking or rough treatment.

Constructed from ECT-44 single wall corrugated material, each box weighs approximately 2.224 lbs. Units are sold in bundles of 5, making the format accessible for low-volume shippers while remaining practical for operations running consistent outbound volume at this size.
