These 15 x 20 x 4 inch expansion poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil polyethylene with a gusseted bottom that opens to accommodate contents up to 4 inches thick. The white exterior accepts adhesive labels, stamps, and direct-print ink cleanly, while the silver interior lining provides an added layer of protection against handling abrasion.
The gusseted design makes these mailers a practical fit for binders, folded garments, bundled documents, boxed accessories, and catalogues — applications where a flat mailer would compress or distort contents. Apparel brands, subscription box fulfillment centers, and B2B distributors shipping print materials all benefit from the added depth.
