These 26 x 28 x 5 inch expansion poly mailers are built from 2.5 mil polyethylene with a gusseted base that expands up to 5 inches, giving them the capacity to handle bulkier shipments that standard flat poly mailers cannot accommodate. The white exterior accepts shipping labels, ink, and stamps directly, while the silver interior lining provides a clean, professional presentation at opening.
The gusseted depth makes these mailers especially practical for e-commerce retailers shipping folded apparel, soft goods, and accessories, as well as fulfillment centers processing binders, catalogs, and multi-item orders. Warehouses and retail distributors handling outbound soft-goods shipments benefit from the added volume without moving to corrugated cartons.
Construction includes reinforced high-strength seams, puncture, tear, moisture, and tamper resistance, a self-seal peel-and-stick closure, and a double-perforation tear strip for clean recipient opening without tools. Each case contains 100 mailers and ships via parcel carrier.
