Instapak Quick® RT foam bags are self-contained, on-demand cushioning systems that require no preheating equipment or warming unit to activate. Each 18 x 18" bag contains reactive chemicals sealed at the factory; squeezing the bag initiates expansion, and the foam conforms around the product as it sets, delivering surface-contact cushioning without any mixing or cleanup.
The RT formulation is designed for ambient temperatures of 65° to 90°F, making it well suited for standard warehouses, fulfillment centers, e-commerce packing stations, and production floors where dedicated foam equipment is impractical. It is particularly effective for protecting fragile electronics, automotive components, medical devices, and irregularly shaped goods that standard void fill cannot adequately cushion.
This bulk pack contains 128 bags per case (Bag #20), with a case weight of approximately 34.74 lbs. The parcel-friendly case size supports flexible replenishment cycles for both low-volume packing benches and high-throughput operations.
