Instapak Quick® RT Heavy-Duty Expandable Foam Bags measure 22 x 20 inches and are engineered for room-temperature activation without a preheating or warming unit. The RT designation means the foam chemicals activate inside the sealed bag at ambient temperatures between 65°F and 90°F — no external equipment, no mixing, and no cleanup required.
The heavy-duty rating makes these bags a practical fit for dense, fragile, or irregularly shaped products in the 40–80 lb range. Typical applications include industrial parts packaging, electronics fulfillment, medical device shipping, and manufacturing outbound operations where product geometry varies and custom foam inserts are impractical.
Each case contains 96 bags. The self-contained, portable format requires no fixed infrastructure, allowing deployment at any packing station or off-site location. Cases ship via parcel carrier, supporting flexible replenishment at any order volume.
