The MINI PAK'R™ Air Cushion Machine is a compact, on-demand air cushioning system built for tabletop or bench-top use. At 14" L x 13" W x 11" H and 20.6 lbs, it fits comfortably at a packing station without requiring dedicated floor space. Its auto-calibration feature reads compatible film rolls and self-adjusts both air fill and sealing pressure, eliminating manual setup between roll changes.
This machine suits warehouses, e-commerce fulfillment operations, retail back rooms, and light manufacturing packaging lines processing approximately 1 to 150 boxes per day. Its quiet operation makes it practical for small or shared work environments where noise is a consideration.
Each roll of compatible inflatable film replaces approximately 6.75 bags of 14-cubic-foot loose fill, reducing bulk storage needs on the packaging floor. The interconnected air pocket design allows air to migrate between chambers on impact rather than rupturing, preserving cushioning performance through the full transit cycle. Output rate is 25 feet of inflated film per minute. Sold as a single unit.
