This smooth polyester strapping measures 5/8" wide and runs 4,200 feet per coil, wound on a 16 x 6" core compatible with most powered and hand-feed strapping tools. At approximately 54.7 lbs per coil, it delivers substantial footage per order while remaining far easier to handle than steel strapping of comparable break strength.
Polyester strapping maintains tension through load settling and transit vibration, making it a reliable choice for palletized freight, bundled lumber, brick and block, and heavy manufactured goods. Distribution centers, building material suppliers, and industrial manufacturers rely on it where polypropylene lacks the tension retention needed for denser or heavier loads.
The green smooth surface is sealed using serrated or sandpaper crimp seals and works with standard 16 x 6" core strapping tools and dispensers.
