Stayflats Plus® Black Self-Seal Mailers measure 17 inches wide x 21 inches long and maintain a flat, rigid profile throughout transit using built-in lightweight chipboard construction — no separate stiffeners required. The opaque black exterior conceals contents during handling and delivery, adding a layer of discretion not available with standard kraft mailers.
These mailers are well suited for e-commerce apparel shipments, print-on-demand fulfillment, photo and fine art reproduction, and retail distribution of flat goods such as posters, calendars, and documents. The self-adhesive peel-and-seal closure requires no moisture activation, and a pull-tab tear strip allows recipients to open the mailer cleanly without cutting tools or risk of damaging contents.
Each case contains 100 mailers. The peel-and-seal strip creates a tamper-evident bond once sealed, making the mailers appropriate for customer-facing shipments where presentation and security matter. Cases ship via parcel carrier.
