Central® 260 Reinforced Water Activated Tape is a white kraft tape measuring 3 inches wide by 450 feet per roll. Fiberglass yarns are bonded between paper layers to deliver high tensile strength and tamper resistance, making this tape a step above standard kraft or pressure-sensitive options for carton sealing.
The patented water-activated starch adhesive bonds permanently to corrugated surfaces on contact, including corners, edges, and irregular seams. That bond holds across extreme hot and cold temperature ranges, suiting it to cold-chain storage, unheated warehouses, and high-temperature distribution environments. Because the adhesive requires activation, the sealed carton resists tampering in a way pressure-sensitive tapes cannot match.
Fiberglass yarn separates cleanly during repulping, allowing the paper component to enter standard recycling streams. The tape is compatible with water-activated tape dispensers. Each case contains 10 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
