3M™ 4026 Pre-Cut Double Sided Foam Squares measure 1 x 1 inch and are built from 1/16-inch open-cell polyurethane foam with a firm acrylic adhesive bonded to both sides. The conformable foam core distributes stress uniformly across the bonded area, allowing reliable adhesion on irregular or uneven surfaces where rigid tapes would leave voids or create point-load failures.
The acrylic adhesive resists high temperatures and solvents, with a recommended application temperature range of 70°F to 100°F. These squares perform well in light manufacturing, product assembly, retail display mounting, and signage installation, and are suited for protected exterior use where direct environmental exposure is limited.
Each pack contains 1,000 pre-cut squares, providing consistent sizing that supports high-volume production lines and bench assembly environments.
