The 3M™ 2060 is a 6.0 mil green crepe paper masking tape with a rubber-based adhesive engineered for aggressive tack on rough and uneven substrates. The conformable crepe backing allows the tape to follow irregular contours and textured surfaces while maintaining controlled, consistent unwind during application.
This tape is suited for light-duty spray and bake operations, lacquer and coating masking, surface protection during finishing work, and general bundling in production, automotive, and construction environments. It performs reliably outdoors for up to three days without adhesive transfer or surface damage to the masked area.
Temperature resistance reaches 200°F for short-term exposure of up to one hour, supporting use in low-temperature bake cycles. Each case contains 24 rolls and ships via parcel carrier.
