Description

This 1/2" x 600 ft white double braided nylon rope — also called braid-on-braid nylon — is built by braiding an outer jacket directly over an inner braided core. This two-layer construction produces a smooth, round profile that is easy to handle, coil, and splice, while delivering a 6,500 lb tensile strength rating capable of sustaining heavy sustained loads.

The high elongation characteristics of nylon make this rope a strong fit for dynamic and shock-load applications including tow lines, anchor lines, dock lines, winch lines, and load securing in marine, construction, agriculture, and industrial maintenance environments. It performs reliably in both indoor and outdoor settings due to its resistance to abrasion, UV exposure, and chemical contact.

Each coil contains 600 ft of rope and weighs approximately 45.28 lb. The double braided structure — distinct from three-strand or single-braid constructions — provides added dimensional stability under tension. Sold as a single coil per unit and ships via parcel carrier.
