Description

This 3/4" x 600' double braided nylon rope — also called braid-on-braid nylon — is built by encasing a braided inner core inside a second braided outer jacket. That layered construction delivers a rated break strength of 14,500 lbs alongside notable flexibility and smooth handling characteristics that solid-braid and twisted constructions do not match.

The high elongation inherent to nylon makes this rope well suited for shock-loading scenarios in marine mooring, dock lines, tow lines, rigging, and heavy industrial lifting where sudden force must be absorbed rather than transmitted directly to the anchor point. The nylon fiber also resists abrasion, UV degradation, and common industrial chemicals, supporting use in outdoor yards, shipyards, and warehousing environments. The braid-on-braid structure is field-spliceable, allowing custom terminations without specialized equipment.

Sold as a single coil; each coil is 600 feet long and weighs approximately 95 lbs. Due to size and weight, freight delivery is required.
