Description

This 48-inch wide, 200-yard VCI paper roll is a 30 lb. waxed kraft industrial corrosion inhibitor engineered to protect ferrous metal components during storage and transit. Chemically treated to continuously vaporize volatile corrosion inhibitors, the paper creates a protective molecular barrier that displaces moisture and blocks rust, oxidation, and corrosion without requiring direct contact at every surface point.

The waxed construction adds meaningful moisture resistance, making this roll well suited for humid warehouses, manufacturing floors, and long-haul freight environments. It is commonly used for wrapping large parts, lining the interiors of export crates, and interleaving metal sheet stock. A general application guideline calls for approximately one square foot of VCI paper per cubic foot of enclosed packaging space.

Each roll weighs approximately 39 lbs. and ships via parcel carrier. The 48-inch width accommodates large or irregularly shaped parts that narrower rolls cannot cover in a single pass. Sold per roll.
