These 10 x 12 inch VCI reclosable poly bags are manufactured from 4 mil low-density polyethylene film with a volatile corrosion inhibitor embedded directly into the material. The VCI chemistry releases a protective vapor that forms a molecular barrier on metal surfaces, stopping oxidation at the source without sprays, oils, coatings, or secondary wrapping materials.
Designed for industrial and manufacturing environments, these bags support metals storage, kitting operations, MRO parts packaging, finished component distribution, and manufacturing line staging. The transparent film enables visual identification, barcode scanning, and pick verification without opening the bag, reducing handling time at every stage of fulfillment.
The reclosable zipper-style seal allows repeated access while sustaining the corrosion-inhibiting vapor barrier between openings. Interior dimensions of 10 x 12 inches accommodate flat, small, and medium-profile components. Each case contains 250 bags and ships via parcel carrier.
