3M F9460PC VHB Clear Transfer Tape is a 2.0 mil acrylic adhesive transfer tape engineered for high-strength bonding to smooth, flat surfaces. The clear acrylic adhesive transfers cleanly from its polycoated kraft liner directly to the substrate, leaving no visible tape body in the finished assembly — a key advantage in cosmetically sensitive applications.
This tape is used in manufacturing, signage fabrication, electronics assembly, and architectural glazing where a clean, invisible bond line is required. Its high shear strength makes it a viable fastener alternative to rivets, screws, spot-welds, and liquid adhesives on metal, glass, and rigid plastics. Outdoor and industrial environments are well within scope, as the adhesive resists moisture, UV exposure, and solvent contact.
The tape is rated for service from -40°F to 300°F and meets UL746C listing requirements. It is wound on a 3" core and sold as a single roll. Ships via parcel carrier.
